Are you planning to meet a group of friends at the Market?
By letting us know in advance, we can set aside a table and some chairs in our Meet & Greet area. You’ll be helping us out by booking in advance, and ensuring your group has a space to show off your collection without being unsure of where to setup.
CosPlay is welcome, as are dioramas and other setups, just let us know how much room you may need.
Before reserving a space, remember that we do not allow non-sellers trading rights. If you want to swap, trade or otherwise sell, you must purchase a Seller Space. This rule is strictly enforced.
Meet Up Terms and Conditions
- Sign in. We ask that the organiser Sign In. Your table may be given to someone else if you do not sign in within 60 minutes of the time indicated on your application.
- Strictly No Selling. If you wish to sell, buy a Seller Space.
- Orderly Conduct. Please no conduct that may upset others.
- All Meet Up attendees are required to purchase a standard entry ticket.
- Breaching any of these terms may result in the entire group being removed from the Market.
